Biography

 

Anne first began her Yoga journey back in 2014. She was a junior at UCONN and had just gone on a service trip in Rishikesh, India. That trip opened her eyes to a culture, and country very different from her own. It left her curious, and it helped her awaken a more profound sense of self love that she needed so much. From there she found a deeper interest in yoga, especially as a physical practice. As that practice has grown, it has shown her tremendous benefits, mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. 


Outside of the studio she is an Oncology nurse, and recently finished her 200 -hour yoga certification course through Be.Yoga in Avon, CT. She enjoys teaching many different styles of yoga, including: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Katonah, Gentle, and Restorative.

 

The only life lesson Anne is sure of, is to take care of YOU, and to make time and space for YOU.
