Brandon Daniels is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who loves teaching and practicing vinyasa. Brandon is passionate about active and limit pushing yoga flows that focus on breath work, gaining strength through holding poses, and mental / physical release. Yoga is a passion of his and he hopes to gift this passion on to all the students who step into his classes.
Brandon is a also a conservation worker who works at Mt. Washington State Forest. In his free time he enjoys running and hiking. Brandon lives in the town of Watertown with his partner and two young sons who keep him very busy.
