Biography
Throughout the years, Carrie’s practice has ranged from restorative yoga to rigorous power yoga. Her curious nature and open mind makes her yearn to learn more about all the different practices and what they have to offer on all levels of body, mind, and spirit.
Carrie’s sense of humor and unique way of expressing herself sets a comfortable environment for those around her. This is balanced with her grounding nature and sense of calmness that puts people of all ages, abilities, and experiences at ease. When leaving her practice her students feel energized and relaxed at the same time.
Carrie is a 2019 graduate of WHY Power Yoga studying under Barbara Ruzansky, Nykki Pool, and Jude Russell. She has also studied with Tari Prinster, founder of Yoga4Cancer. Carrie’s background in Educational Studies in conjunction with her compassionate, heart centered teaching offers support to others and gives back what was given to her – too much to put into words.
