About the Event
Yoga has been known to improve concentration, enhance self awareness, and build confidence in children.
Facilitated by Wendy Haller, she utilizes fun and enjoyable guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, asanas, and breathing techniques to help enhance a child’s attention, reduce anxiety and stress, and increase body awareness.
Recommended for ages 5 - 10, but all ages welcome. Masks recommended but not required
