Jackie Hinkson



Jackie Hinkson started her Yoga journey over 8 years ago as a way to manage stress and lean toward better health.   She has been teaching variations of beginner level Yoga as well as Power Yoga at multiple venues in Connecticut.  Through her own practice she has experienced an increase in focus,  positive energy,  and rediscovered movement in a way that she hopes to share with all of her students.  The goal of her teaching is to meet all body types and abilities where they are in their journey through meditations,  Pranayama, and flowing Vinyasa, while building strength through a variety of poses.
