Nicola shares yoga from the heart. She guides her students to connect to the deeper, more internal aspects of practice, whether that be physical: finding and creating more space from within; or mental: noticing the shifts of the mindscape.
With over 500hrs of training, in vinyasa, prenatal, yoga therapy and yoga philosophy, Nicola is committed to guiding you to more connection, inner resource, and peace. Nicola is also a mother of 3, and is happy to be sharing the joy of prenatal yoga at StrongHouse Yoga.
