Samantha Jones is a certified yoga teacher, approaching her third year of instruction. Her yoga journey began in 2016, when she first discovered meditation. By 2020, Samantha earned her Cross Roads 200 hour certification from Soul Space Studio. Samantha says her passion is rooted in pranayama, or breathwork.
“Meditation was largely the focus of my practice. However, at one time, I found myself in a place where I no longer could quiet the mind. That’s what led me to my yoga discovery.”
Samantha’s passion for mindfulness is translated in her tranquil approach. Her classes invariably include meditations and breathwork designed to encourage patience, acceptance, and empowerment.
