Service Description

Using a chair during yoga allows everyone an opportunity to practice yoga without going down to the mat regardless of their age and ability. Chairs are a great prop that aids you within your postures. Seated yoga, like all yoga, can also help improve your mood and your confidence. This practice is for anyone who needs a little extra assistance in their poses. Still get the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and breathing all while seated or standing with the assistance of a sturdy chair and props. All ages and abilities are welcome.
