Journey with us into chakra balancing, restoration, and a special 3rd eye activation on Saturday, June 10 from 2:00-4:00pm. This dynamic 2-hour journey includes restorative yoga poses led by Tiffany and sound healing for each chakra, played skillfully by Chel. You will leave feeling more balanced and aligned. In addition, we have a special 3rd eye oil that we will use in a 3rd eye activation, allowing you to connect more deeply with your intuition. And before you float away, we will wrap you in a cloud of Reiki healing energy during Savasana. This journey has it all: Restoration - Activation - Healing $40 per person, advance registration required. Chel Benyair is a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Akashic Record Reader, and Root Cause Practitioner. She offers a combination of modalities to help you connect in to your own wisdom, unravel trauma and physical pain, balance your energy, understand your soul purpose, and live your life in your highest expression. She is the owner of Insight and Illumination, LLC in West Hartford.
