Give yourself the space to pause, listen and become clear of your vision. A vision board is simply a collage of images, words, and colors that represent your hopes, dreams and goals. Utilizing your mind’s ability to visualize is one of the most powerful exercises you can do, so creating a visual representation of your personal vision assists in manifesting them into your life! We love setting goals, talking about due dates, creating steps to get there, and checking on our progress… which all seems like a lot of mental work. This process becomes simpler if we shift as seeing our goals as intentions. Let's create & hold space for your intentions and dreams as we enjoy 2-hours with an opening guided visualization to set your intentions/goals for the rest of 2023. With those images in mind, we will take time to craft our boards from magazine images so we can make our dream come to visual life in front of us. Enjoy Ayurveda teas, and Taos Bakes Bars during this time of creation. Once our boards are created, we will seal our intentions with a gentle yoga practice including twists, heart opener poses and breathwork. You will leave having created a solid picture of your aspirations and intentions that you'll be excited about going into reality!
