"Cleanliness is important, and more than that is the physical fitness to attain healthy body and mind."
COVID-19 has brought so many obstacles into our everyday life. In order to overcome these obstacles, we are working together to maintain the highest level of cleanliness so you can continue to come to class or attend workshops with trust, confidence, and comfort.
Please see below for our studio health and wellness protocols.
Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

What we are doing at the studio:
-
Using a MERV 13 filter to help screen out virus and bacteria through our HVAC unit
-
Keeping the humidity levels at 55 or greater to assist in killing the flu and other viruses
-
With most classes being an hour and 15 minutes from beginning to end, we have put a minimum of 30 minutes in between classes to clean, disinfect, and air the room
-
We use UVC light technology to disinfect the entire studio after everyone leaves
-
No matter the reason, if you cannot make it into one of our in-studio classes, we are live-streaming all of our scheduled classes on Zoom.
-
We have created various memberships to accommodate everyone's needs! If you belong to an at-risk population, are uncomfortable coming to class in person, can’t get into an already full class, or live somewhere other than central Connecticut you can still practice with us!
-
All house props and equipment are disinfected after each use.
-
Deep cleaning the studio with approved disinfectants on a regular basis including steaming of our floors.
-
Keeping your safety and the safety of the entire community at the top of every decision we make.
