"Cleanliness is important, and more than that is the physical fitness to attain healthy body and mind."

- Sandeep Singh

COVID-19 has brought so many obstacles into our everyday life. In order to overcome these obstacles, we are working together to maintain the highest level of cleanliness so you can continue to come to class or attend workshops with trust, confidence, and comfort.

Please see below for our studio health and wellness protocols.

Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

ॐ....be well, be strong

What we are doing at the studio:

  • Following the State of CT guidelines, open in-studio asana classes are limited to 4 attendees with 12 feet between each student.  As we get stronger, we will increase this number

  • Checking your temperature as you come in with a touchless thermometer

  • Using a MERV 13 filter to help screen out virus and bacteria through our HVAC unit

  • Supply disinfected plastic bins for your personal belongings while you are in the studio

  • Placed socially distanced coat hooks in the studio for your yoga bag, purse, or coat

  • Keeping the humidity levels at 55 or greater to assist in killing the flu and other viruses

  • We are using ZenPlanner  as our client management system.  With ZenPlanner you can:

    • Create your own profile

    • Track your attendance

    • Create memberships with contactless payment

    • Have access to our on-demand library

  • With most classes being an hour and 15 minutes from beginning to end, we have put 45 minutes in between classes to clean, disinfect, and air the room

  • We use UVC light technology to disinfect the entire studio after everyone leaves

  • No matter the reason, if you cannot make it into one of our in-studio classes, we are live-streaming all of our scheduled classes on Zoom and recording them to store in our on-demand library through ZenPlanner

  • We have created various memberships to accommodate everyone's needs! If you belong to an at-risk population, are uncomfortable coming to class in person, can’t get into an already full class, or live somewhere other than central Connecticut you can still practice with us!

  • All props and equipment are disinfected after each use.

  • We require everyone to wear a mask at all times until they are at their mat

  • Deep cleaning the studio with approved disinfectants on a regular basis including steaming of our floors.

  • Reducing the need for students to come in contact with anything beyond their own mats and own props.

  • Keeping your safety and the safety of the entire community at the top of every decision we make.

What we need you to do at the studio:

  • Do not come to an in-person class if any of the following apply:

    • have a fever of 100.4 or greater

    • experienced any signs or symptoms of the flu and/or COVID for 48 hours.

    • have traveled to any hotspot areas within the last two weeks

    • have been exposed to anyone with a positive or a presumed positive COVID diagnosis in the 14 days leading up to your class

  • By entering the studio, you are confirming that you are in good health and none of the above apply to you.

  • Please wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive

  • Please use the plastic bins for any of your personal belongings, and leave all unnecessary items in your car

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins

  • Wear a clean mask while you maneuver through the studio, and you may remove your mask while you are on your mat

  • Please sign up online through ZenPlanner  prior to coming to the studio for class. This is required due to our reduced class size. No walk-ins will be admitted

  • Please refrain from making a reservation for a class you do not intend to take.  If you do not show up for a class that you reserved a spot for, we reserve the right to charge you for the class

  • If you can’t get to the studio, please make a reservation for the virtual class.  The virtual classroom currently holds 20 people, so remember to reserve your time

  • Studio classes will be recorded, and we will set up filming in such a way that it will be mostly the teacher who is visible.

  • It is strongly suggested that you bring your own props, mat, water bottle, or anything else you may need to practice successfully

  • If you use any of the studio props, equipment, or blankets please leave them in your area and one of our team members will handle them to be disinfected before their next use.

  • Abide by all requests from your instructor
