Tiffany Hamm Gouveia

yoga instructor

Tiffany’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago. After years of exploring what the world of yoga offered, she found herself on the path to becoming a teacher.  During the COVID lockdowns, Tiffany found the extra time and numerous online yoga classes ignited the connection between herself and the feelings generated being on her yoga mat. Relearning that the connection of breath and movement finds a way to quiet the ‘hamster on the wheel’ in your head and clears out the cobwebs, she has moved forward to teach what she experienced to others.

She graduated with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Kristin Cork of Be.Yoga out of Avon, CT.  Tiffany loves teaching Beginners, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, and Restorative yoga classes.  She is looking forward to meeting you on your mat, however you show up, to support your journey into yoga.

If Tiffany isn’t on the mat, she enjoys hiking new trails, trying new recipes in the kitchen (mostly the ones that tricks her family into thinking there is gluten or dairy in them), starting veggie plants from seed and walking while listening to Audible.  If she can’t be found in any of those spots, then she’s probably on the sidelines of a baseball game watching her son play baseball and enjoying the last few months before he heads off to play D3 college ball this Fall.  Tiffany’s other joys are her two bonus kids, her husband, all who have enriched her life and home with laughter along with lots of love.

Smile.  It’s your birthright.
