Yoga has been a part of Wendy’s life for over 20 years. Through her own personal practice and journey, yoga has helped her heal physically and mentally, both on and off the mat and inspired her to complete her 200-hour teacher training. Her mantra is “Embrace the journey, you never know where it will lead you.”
In her classes, Wendy loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help students deepen their practice. She seeks to inspire her students to nurture their body, mind and soul with yoga and hopes that they step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
She is also trained in Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga, Restorative and Reiki.
